为进一步稳定就业岗位，助力企业发展，2018年3月30日上午，陕西省汉中市失业保险援企稳岗“护航行动”启动仪式，稳岗补贴、企业就业扶贫补贴发放仪式在汉中钢铁集团有限公司（勉县）举行。汉中市组织部副部长、市人社局局长王平安，市社保中心主任韩莉，勉县人民政府常务副县长史邦俭出席启动仪式。

启动仪式上，汉中市财政局社保科科长肖国华同志和勉县人社局局长陈国英同志分别发表致辞，市县领导现场为部分企业发放了稳岗补贴资金和就业扶贫奖补资金。近四年来，汉中市失业保险秉承“助力企业发展、稳定就业岗位”的服务宗旨，坚持兜住民生底线与助力企业发展并重的原则，截至目前，已累计发放稳岗补贴资金3025万元，享受稳岗补贴的企业达到215户次，惠及职工11万人次。其中，2017年全市共发放稳岗补贴963.78万元，惠及64户企业、3.96万名职工，在支持企业发展、稳定职工队伍上取得明显成效，为全市就业局势的总体稳定、经济社会持续发展提供了坚实支撑，受到了企业和职工的欢迎。

今年勉县还对支持就业创业扶贫成效显著的5户企业代表，现场发放了奖补资金，市县还要鼓励支持各类企业和社会组织参与脱贫攻坚就业扶贫，遴选一批管理规范、社会责任感强、岗位适合的本土企业作为贫困劳动力就业工厂、就业基地，为贫困劳动力就地就近提供就业岗位，主动承担社会责任，坚决打好打赢精准脱贫攻坚战。
