这种用法和我们中文的直觉感不同，多看几个例句：

Appreciate thank

Appreciate和thank都有「感谢」的意思，有人因为不想重复用thank，就直接用appreciate取代thank。例如：

这句话也有错。 Appreciate和thank最简单的分别是thank感激的是人，appreciate感激的是事。所以thank 后面接人，appreciate 后面不接人，而是接一件事。

正确：I appreciate the opportunity.
