南靖县人民政府：

你县《关于南靖县2018年度第五十二批次农用地转用和土地征收的请示》（靖政综〔2018〕90号）收悉。经研究，现批复如下：

一、同意将南靖县境内农用地33.4614公顷（其中耕地27.7858公顷）转为建设用地。征收南靖县靖城镇古湖村水浇地0.1445公顷、其他农用地0.0244公顷，天口村水田7.3711公顷、水浇地20.2702公顷、园地2.8798公顷、其他农用地2.7714公顷。合计征收集体所有土地33.4614公顷，按规划用途使用。

二、南靖县人民政府须按法定程序和要求组织实施征地，切实做好被征地单位和农民的补偿、安置和社会保障工作。新增建设用地土地有偿使用费、耕地开垦费按规定缴纳。

三、南靖县人民政府要严格按土地供应政策和用地定额指标等有关规定向具体建设项目提供用地，并按规定备案。

四、南靖县人民政府要落实生态环境保护有关要求，涉及各类保护区的用地，应严格按法律、法规和有关规定，依法办理相关手续。
